Gov. Ambode’s 2nd wife, love child celebrate birthday in grand style

Not many will believe this, but information at our disposal and investigations conducted have confirmed that the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode is a proud husband and father to another family unknown to the public.

We learnt Ambode is ‘happily married’ to one Titilayo Yombo-Ambode (nee Oyefeso) who hail from Iperu-Remo axis of Ijebu, Ogun State. Titilayo is the 21st child of her family of 27; she is a graduate of Marketing from the Lagos State University and shuttles between Canada and Lagos, Nigeria.

Ambode, an accountant born and bred in Epe, Lagos, though currently showcasing Dame Patience Bolanle as the official first lady, we reliably learnt that Mr. Ambode is not ready to deny his affair with Titi who already has a teenage boy for him alongside a younger daughter.

Bolanle, a Physics graduate of Lagos State University who hails from Epe met the new Lagos governor about 24years ago while he was working at Badagry Local Government Council as an accountant. The middle-aged couple had a wonderful experience, career wise.
Bolanle has Masters Degree from the Lagos State University in 1994, and sits atop BrandSmiths Consulting Ltd, Rehoboth Chops and Confectioneries Ltd, among others.

According to Titilayo’s family member who should know better, Ambode got traditionally married to Titi some 18 years ago when his first marriage to Bolanle (now first lady) couldn’t produce a child 3 years in marriage and the family pressure was so much on the accountant turned politician.

We learnt Ambode’s mother, Mrs. Christiana Ambode was the arrowhead of the plan to marry Titi.

The unholy union we learnt got the ‘blessing’ of Ambode’s legal wife, Bolanle who was spiritually cajoled to believe getting a woman to bear her man a kid will help her fortune to make babies for herself.

The first product of the Ambode and Titilayo’s union is a young teenage boy named Opeoluwa, investigations conducted revealed that the young boy is being kept out of public glare as his friends are screened. Today Opeoluwa now have a younger sister named Tobilola.

Though, 2 years ago, it was said that the governor brought smile to the face of Bolanle when they had twins, a boy and a girl through In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) in the United States.
IVF is the process by which eggs are removed from woman’s body ovaries and mixed with sperm in a laboratory culture dish. Fertilisation takes place in this dish, "in vitro", which means "in glass".

Last weekend, Titilayo popularly addressed by friends as ‘Aya Govnor’ meaning wife of the governor turned 40 and a classy, private but luxurious birthday bash was thrown for the light-skinned beau inside an event centre tucked inside Ogudu GRA, Ogudu.

The birthday bash was inside the Recreation Centre’s Hall of Ogudu GRA and it was under tight security as neither journalist nor photographer was allowed entrance, even guest were denied privilege of taking snapshots within the hall premises.

Attempt by OurExclusive’s correspondent in Lagos to take a shot met embarrassment, humiliation and intimidation as his camera was seized for close to 2 hours before it was later released.

We later got exclusively a picture of the wife, Titilayo who loves to flaunt her husband’s name, Ambode and the son, Opeoluwa who also added a year same day with his mum.

It is worth of note that Ogudu GRA was surrounded by not less than 50 armed security men comprising of Police, Mobile Police, SSS and private security personnel on the order of the new Lagos citizen. The biggest guest at the event is the governor’s mother, Mrs. Christiana Ambode, who described the birthday girl as ‘a woman more than a wife to the Ambode family’.

Notable big boys from the popular Oyefeso family also trooped out to support their own.

However, the governor’s Chief Secretary, Haruna Habib seems not to know the terrain he’s stepping into as the former Daily Independent editor threw caution to the wind threatening fire and brimstones should we go ahead with the story.
