Omeruo set to seal permanent move away from Chelsea
Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo is set to quit Chelsea and join Kasimpasa in a permanent deal.
Omeruo initially moved to the Turkish club on a season-long loan deal from the Premier League champions and has impressed during his stint.
The 22-year-old has made eight appearances for Kasimpasa, who are currently sixth on the table with 20 points from 13 games.
"Kasimpasa are very satisfied with Kenneth and they are most likely to active the player’s release clause at Chelsea which is put at between four and five million pounds," a close source informed AfricanFootball.
"His contract will have only a year left by next June and it is expected Chelsea will let him go for a fee by then rather than lose him for nothing thereafter", the source added.
