How Mikel Obi Snubbed Sunday Oliseh In London

Since the new coach of the Nigerian National team, Sunday Oliseh, released the lists of his invited players to camp who would be picked for the forthcoming 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against Tanzania, fans have been questioning the exclusion of some vital players.

While responding to questions from journalists in Abuja, the head coach of the team explained that he had taken a tour round Europe to speak and watch players perform and has made various consultations and still waiting for response.

On why he did not invite Chelsea star, Mikel Obi, the coach explained that he had put a call through to the player’s line about four times including a text message but was yet to get a response from the player.

He noted that it was only Victor Moses, that acknowledged his call and later came down to his hotel room where he had to talk to him to be focus in his games.

"Well this issue is an enigma and we have been trying to understand it but I am in the dark personally, and with my assistants we spent time about 11 days in and around Europe talking to players, watching games. We contacted each of the players, call them up, call the clubs and eventually met with the players.

"I went to England on a Thursday and Chelsea was just coming back, we had fixed our visit to coincide with the end of their tour before they played Arsenal. I contacted Obi Mikel, called him on phone four times, the phone kept on ringing nobody picked it up, I sent him an SMS and got no response. But I called Victor Moses the phone rang three times and he picked it up and I spoke with him, told him to concentrate on his game.

After the game he came to my hotel and we met and I told him my plans for the national team. I left to Liverpool to meet the other player and I spent about six hours to go there and back but there was no response from Mikel until I returned here.

I think it was yesterday (Wednesday) that I saw a missed call, so at the moment I don’t know what the situation is. For me everybody is the same and will be treated the same."

ISIS: Buhari suspends Immigration boss

President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday ordered the suspension of the Comptroller-General of Immigration, David Parradang with immediate effect.

Saturday PUNCH learnt that Parradang’s suspension might not be unconnected with the ongoing investigations into how a Lebanese terrorist, Ahmed Al Assir was given a Nigerian visa by the Nigerian embassy in Beruit, Lebanon.

Parradang was directed to hand over to the most senior officer, DCG, Martin Kure Abeshi, who had been ordered to take over the affairs of the service, according to a statement by the Director of Press, Ministry of Interior, Alhaji Yusuf Isiaka.

The statement on the suspension read, "The Comptroller-General of Nigeria Immigration Service, Mr. David Parradang, has been suspended from office with immediate effect. "Meanwhile, the Deputy Comptroller-General of Immigration, Mr. Martin Kure Abeshi, who is the most senior officer has been directed to take over the affairs of the office."

President Muhammadu Buhari was reported on Wednesday to have ordered investigations into how the terrorist got the Nigerian visa.

Our correspondent had exclusively reported on Friday that the officials of the NIS and foreign ministry might be sanctioned seriously, if found to have been negligent in the course of duty.

Assir, who had been on the wanted list of Lebanese security forces, was arrested at the airport last week while attempting to visit Cairo, Egypt, en route to Nigeria on a forged Palestinian passport.

He was accused of involvement in the death of 17 Lebanese soldiers and was sentenced to death by the court in 2013. The embassy in Lebanon had denied culpability, saying the fugitive did not apply to the Mission for visa, stressing that the Nigerian visa on his fake Palestinian passport was forged.

The embassy, had in a diplomatic brief, explained that Assir, who was of Palestinian extraction, had undergone surgery to alter his appearance so as to evade detection by security operatives.

It stated that the wanted terrorist had been using aliases to evade arrest, adding that the pseudonym was not on the watch list of the Lebanese security forces.

Our correspondent gathered that security agencies planned to conduct a DNA testing on Assir to confirm his identity.

Checks indicate that with the suspension of the immigration boss, other officials involved in the visa processing at the Nigerian embassy in Lebanon would be heavily sanctioned, including the Nigerian ambassador to Lebanon, Amos Oluwole.

Before the hammer fell on him, Parradang had reportedly said that there were no immigration officials at the embassy in Lebanon.

"We don’t have immigration officers in that country. We understand that the president has ordered investigation into it, so we are waiting for the outcome of the investigation," he was quoted to have said.

The immigration service under Parradang had in 2014 come under scathing criticisms over a recruitment exercise in which about 20 applicants died and scores injured.

The tragedy occurred at examination centres in the Federal Capital Territory, Port Harcourt, Minna, Gombe, and Benin.

About 6.5 million who applied for the 4,000 vacant slots were made to pay N1, 000 application fee.

Parradang had denied culpability for the incident and blamed the then Minister of Interior, Abba Moro whom he said conducted the exercise without carrying the NIS along.

The administration of former president Goodluck Jonathan subsequently set up a presidential panel to probe the incident with a mandate to also employ the relations of deceased applicants into the immigration service.

Moro was however not sanctioned for the incident and a probe by the Senate did not see the light of the day as the report was not tabled for debate.

Breast orgasm, a myth or reality?

A man recently walked into my office with his wife and looked straight into my eyes and said, ‘Please can you teach me how to make my wife experience a breast orgasm?’

‘Breast orgasm’, I asked? And he nodded and repeated after me and said, ‘Yes Madam, breast orgasm’. He continued, ‘My marriage clocked four years yesterday and I have done all to make my wife respond to me. But she seems not to be interested in sex with me in particular, because, according to her, I only waste her time and kill her libido during sex. And after long hours of persuasion and pleading, she would simply say her idea of good sex is when I make her experience breast orgasm. She said that was what her former boyfriend used to do to make her enjoy sex to the ultimate level.

‘Madam, apart from the fact I was psychologically deflated that my wife still preferred another man on bed or still carried the memories of her former lover, I also want to learn and do better,’ he said.

The breasts are one of the erogenous zones and while some women are able to reach orgasm from breast stimulation alone, some others may not be able to. The idea of some women experiencing breast orgasm with or without any genital stimulation could sound stressful and perplexing to many husbands who do not see any reasons for foreplay or love play. But this is, by 80 per cent, one of the many libidoral fantasies of a good number of married women. The fear of, ‘how will my husband respond to this if I bring up the subject’, has incapacitated this idea from the mind of many of these wives.

The orgasm this category of women normally feel is not just in their nipples, but throughout their breasts, though more intense around the areolas. Scientifically, the breasts can swell up to 25 per cent when a woman is aroused. This boost makes the breasts super sensitive, and quite larger. Nipple stimulation actually activates the same region of the brain as clitoral, vaginal and cervical stimulation do. Research has discovered that stimulation of the nipple activates an area of the brain known as the genital sensory cortex. This is the same brain region activated by stimulation of the clitoris, vagina and cervix. What this means is that women’s brains seem to process nipple and genital stimulation in the same way. In the light of this, it is not at all surprising that many wives are aroused by having their nipples rightfully touched and that, for some, this may be enough to lead to orgasm. During this time, the nipple actually goes from a pale erected organ to a deeper manner, the more a woman is aroused. This is true because the blood flow increases when a woman is turned on. This sexy gentle nipple stimulation may be what it takes to send many wives over the edge for orgasm and the desire for passionate sex. As a matter of fact, this is the most compensatory help for many circumcised wives.

However, just as breasts come in all shapes, sizes and colours, wives’ preferences during breast play do differ. Majority of women may love having their nipples caressed while some might find this not important. Also, breast sensitivity changes with women’s menstrual cycles, so what some wives may literally like this week, may be a piss off the next week. The mysterious rhythm of a woman’s body is kind of exciting. It is very needful for the husband to understudy this and be equipped with relevant facts.

A woman’s breasts contain the same trigger-happy nerves found in the clitoris making breast orgasm the second most common form of orgasms for women. That is the reason the nipples reach out for more when kissed, caressed or stimulated. But most husbands simply ignore these magnificent twin globes in a rush to head down south to get to where they think is the best possibility for orgasm.

The woman’s breasts at any stage, (even if the shape is pendulum, flat, small, sagged) have a direct hotline to her clitoris and when breast play is done with skill and finesse, it can lead to a dazzling multiple orgasm for her. At the very least, breast and nipple stimulation can even over-raise the libido of a woman that has undergone bad circumcision, and send her arousal soaring with pleasure!

Just as there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ bra, there isn’t any one method that will work for every wife all the time. Breast sensitivity, hormonal changes, her personal preferences, etc., will influence your choice of technique. If you, as the husband, are not sure as at how best to proceed, you both can be naked and sit facing each other in the nude and get her to show you what arouses her.

Think about it, inasmuch as you wouldn’t like it if your wife just grabbed your penis out of nowhere and started jerking it around roughly, she needs to be warmed up first by light, soft and slow stimulation. And please don’t just do one thing over and over. It may become too repetitive and boring, and even if she loved it at first, after a while it would lose its effect. You’ll get the best results by using a combination of different stimulation techniques.

You’re starting off soft, so try tracing circles with the tip of your finger over her stomach and chest, gradually moving in to the breasts and nipples.

Experiment with licking, nibbling, sucking and stroking the neck, chest and nipple area. Assess her arousal either by watching if her nipples rise, darken and intensify or through the sex sounds she makes. You can also place your hands over hers and ask her to show you how she wants to be pleasured.

Keep in mind that the more turned on she becomes, the more sensation she would be able to endure. So start off slowly and gently by using the feathery touch of your fingertips to stroke the delicate skin of her breast. Slide your fingers down across her breast, making slow, lazy circles over it; slide your palms in circular motions around the entire breast area. Press firmly. You can either do one breast at a time or use both hands and do both together. Continue even after her nipples become erect. Cup as much of each breast in your hands as possible and move them around. Massage them. Squeeze them gently then more firmly. Massage the nipples with or without oil or the saliva of your tongue. Press on them. Roll them gently between your thumb and forefinger. Use firmer and firmer pressure. Use one hand to encircle her breast and push it up and out similar to a push-up bra.

Slide your hands over her breasts, cupping them with the palms of your hands. Knead them, cup them, and massage them gently, then more firmly, varying your speed and pressure. You should consider using a massage oil or lotion to make your hands slide over her skin more easily. Use oil or lotion to begin stimulating her nipples over and again. Run your fingers over them. Press them. Roll them between your thumb and index finger. Remember to keep her sensitivity in mind here and at all time. As much as you don’t want to hurt her, you should try to give enough stimulation to make it really pleasurable. Pull on them with slow-fast, repetitive strokes. It is all about maximum masculine control and maximum feminine pleasure. One of the beauties of this is that it helps many husbands with premature ejaculation to be able to practice Kegel exercise at the same time this is going on. Cup her breast with one hand and push it up. This has the effect of pushing her nipple out making it firm and temptingly inviting. Rotate it around in a circular motion with the pads of your fingers. At this stage, you can now move on to using your mouth. Use your tongue to lick her breast from the bottom all the way up and over her nipple. Give her open mouth wet kisses all over her breasts and nipples. Run your tongue softly over her nipples in a flat position. Then flex your tongue and flick the nipple with it. For some categories of wives who would love to be ‘fingered’, this is the right time to dip your finger into her vagina and roll the finger inside her in the same manner you are rolling your tongue around her nipple. This simple treat breaks the idea of frigidity or any form of resistance from your wife. As a matter of fact, it is at this stage she will cry out loud for more.

You can still proceed further by trying to give her gentle love nibbles and bites on her breasts. Make your way to her nipples and nibble on them gently. Try covering your teeth with your wet lips first to test her sensitivity. If she has extremely sensitive nipples or is in a sensitive phase in her cycle, you might need to skip nibbling and biting all together because this could be hurting her. If you’re not sure, ask her if the pressure is okay.

Suction your mouth around her nipple and suck in and out. Run your tongue over the nipple while you suck. Kiss and lick each breast and nipple. Flick her nipples with your tongue. Gently bite then suckle her nipples then lick and blow on them. This stage is also helpful for pregnant women who are in their last stage of pregnancy as it help to soften their breast and make it succulent for the child during breast feeding because of the systemic erection and relaxation of the nipples.

Pull your lips and use them to make a seal around the nipple. Suck in and then out without breaking the seal. The nipple will feel alternating currents of vacuum and pressure. This is the stage many menopausal wives feel like a new bride one more time because it helps them to have deep sensations specially when the husband tries stimulating the breasts of his menopausal wife orally, when she is lying above you. What happens here is that her breasts will be more sensitive when they are hanging down because of the increased blood supply to the nipples. Some other categories of women find it highly arousing when their husbands caresses their nipples with the tip of an erect penis, while some women get aroused by having an erect penis sliding in-between their well-oiled breasts as they are being squeezed together.

Remember, although some wives can reach orgasm from breast play, not all women would be able to. But there is no harm in trying. However, don’t put pressure on yourself or her to achieve this result. Just enjoy yourself! Breast play can also magnify a clitoral or G spot orgasm, so any of these techniques can also be used in combination with stimulating other parts of her body for a truly intense experience.

These are ways husbands can learn how to stimulate their wives’ breasts to the state and stage of powerful breast orgasm. So what are you still waiting for? Get down together while I eagerly await your feedback!

Banker Kuru replaces Chike-Obi as AMCON boss

President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday dissolved the management team of the Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) led by Mustafa Chike-Obi.

A statement by Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the President Mr. Femi Adesina, announced a new management team for the corporation.

The new team is led by Ahmed Lawan Kuru Managing Director, Kola Ayeye Executive Director, Eberechukwu Uneze Executive Director, and Aminu Ismail Executive Director.

Apart from Chike-Obi, other members of the sacked team are: Mofoluke Benedicta Dosunmu, Heweth Adegboyega Benson and Abbass Mohammed Jega

Prior to his appointment, Mr. Kuru was the Group Managing Director of Enterprise Bank Limited.

He started his banking career with the old Habib Bank in 1985 and rose through the ranks to become an Executive Director of Bank PHB (now Keystone Bank) in 2005.

The appointment of Mr. Kuru and the three AMCON Executive Directors, the statement said, is with effect from yesterday.

AMCON was established under the AMCON Act 2010 to resolve the issue of non-performing loan assets in the banking sector.

It currently has over 12,000 bad loans in its portfolio and has continued to pursue the recovery of the debts. It has sold bonds worth over N4.7 trillion in the course of its operation.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) last November, asked the Federal Government to phase out the activities of AMCON.

"Ongoing initiatives to strengthen the supervisory framework, including supervision of banking groups, should continue, and AMCON’s activities phased out gradually," Mr. Gene Leon, the Fund’s Mission Chief and Senior Resident Representative in Nigeria said.

Tinubu, others shun Fashola 's book launch

Several leaders of the All Progressives Congress were absent at the launch of three books written in honour of the immediate past Governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Fashola, in Lagos, on Tuesday

Similarly, most of the members of Fashola’s cabinet as well as his two former deputy governors, Mrs. Sarah Sosan and Mrs. Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire and members of the State Executive Committee of the APC were absent at the launch of the three books titled: "In Bold Print," "The Lagos Blowdown" and ‘The Great Leap" authored by Fashola’s media aide, Mr. Hakeem Bello; and Mr. Dapo Adeniyi.

Although the National Leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, sent a representative, Prof. Tunde Samuel, the book launch was in sharp contrast with that of the immediate past Governor of Rivers State, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi.

At Amaechi’s book launch which held three months ago in Lagos, Tinubu, Governor Ibikunle Amosun (Ogun), Governor Abdulaziz Yari (Zamfara), Nasir el-Rufai (Kaduna), Governor Samuel Lalong (Plateau), Governor Akinwunmi Ambode (Lagos), APC National Chairman, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun; Chief Bisi Akande, former Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State, and many others were physically present.

The absence of former governors and leaders of the party renewed speculations that all was not well between Fashola and his former boss, Tinubu.

It was learnt the APC leaders that shunned the launch of the three books chronicling the stewardship of Fashola as governor, did so to show support to Tinubu.

Fashola, who is rumoured to be favoured by President Muhammadu Buhari to become a minister, became an object of condemnation recently when the Public Procurement Agency of the state government revealed that N78.3m was spent on the upgrade of Fashola’s website, tundefashola.com.

Fashola, who is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, had responded in a six-page letter that although he did spend the said amount on his website, there were many who were working to pull him down and discredit his administration.

While delivering his address, Fashola called for proper preparation for the next population census which takes place next year.

Fashola said despite the efforts made by the state government to ensure that the population figure credited to Lagos was accurate, what was eventually released by the National Population Commission was embarrassing.

According to him, the figure conflicted even with the process the commission adopted.

He said, "The NPC told us they were going to enumerate houses before the counting. They came up with about 4.5 million houses, which we took for households, since they were residential homes. Yet, at the end, they came up with nine million as Lagos State population. Does it mean that there are only two people maybe a father and mother in each house?

"As we thus plan to begin another census, the onus is upon us to get it right in 2016. Data are very important in nation building. Efficiency, especially in governance, is determined by the knowledge of how many people need services. Without an accurate census figure, it means we are not determined to go the way of efficient service delivery."

Various dignitaries, including co-founder of Guaranty Trust Bank, Mr. Fola Adeola, who was the chairman; a former Deputy Governor of the state, Alhaja Latifat Okunu; as well as scholar and popular columnist, Prof. Olatunji Dare, lauded Fashola’s achievements when he was in office.

8 Male Behaviours That Annoy Women

Here are the eight male behaviours that annoy women.
1. Possessive

Men who think that women are an object of ownership. They want control over a woman’s every action, word or attitude even though, in reality, they have no claim over them.
2. Sloppy

Men who do not take good care of themselves, lack good hygiene and make the house messy. This is really annoying.
3. Insensitive

Women, in general, are more sentimental than men (or at least express their feelings more). This gender difference sometimes causes men to think their companions are just being dramatic. When men disregard their wives’ feelings or important events, the women feel rejected and disregarded.
4. Grumpy

Men who complain about everything, are never satisfied, not fun, rude and prefer to isolate themselves. They always see things negatively and nothing satisfies them. Any effort to help them feel positive is in vain. These men only know how to criticize everything and everyone nothing makes them happy. It is especially bad when their foul mood is directed toward women and nobody else.
5. Untrustworthy

Men who do not keep their promises and put their personal interests before their wife and family. Although they make commitments, they do not follow through on their responsibilities.
6. Procrastinator

Guys who leave everything for later and postpone helping around the house. They consistently make themselves unavailable to perform activities related to the family.
7. Self-centered

This includes vain men who think the world revolves around them. They enjoy being the center of attention and think their wife and family live to serve them. Men who are self-centered do not accept criticism, and they think they are always right. These characteristics can make a woman feel humiliated, debased and unhappy.

8. Flirtatious

This seems to be the #1 complaint from women. These are the men who love to charm other ladies. This behavior is highly irritating, causes a lot of discomfort for a wife and borders on infidelity.

The objective of drawing this parallel between what annoys men and women is to provoke reflections on what one or the other may be doing to jeopardize harmony and well-being in the relationship. After all, happiness in the relationship takes two people working together to achieve a healthy union.
