How wives make sex mistakes but blame their husbands

When wives want to be honest about their lack of interest in sexual relationship with their husbands, one thing they often say that discourages them is the way their husbands have failed to measure up sexually. Apart from complaining about not knowing how to treat them at day time, they accuse them of neglecting foreplay and eventually making a mess of the sexual act itself. Many husbands tend to get a bad rap when it comes to understanding women’s bodies; what turns women on generally and their own wife’s specific turn on, making them easy targets in the blame game when sexual satisfaction starts to wane.  And sure, they make their fair share of bedroom errors. But as the saying goes, it takes two to tango. As it turns out, top sex and relationship experts say that women make plenty of sex mistakes of their own.  Here’s what they have to say about the six most common mistakes women make in the bedroom and what they can do to get the satisfaction their union so rightly deserves.
Wives find it difficult to initiate sex with their husbands and just conclude that well, if he wants it, let him tell me; after all, I am not denying him. This is actually partly traditional upbringing and partly female ego. Many wives worry about well-mannered behaviour.  Such wives don’t want to appear pushy or come on too strong for fear of being labelled aggressive. But failing to initiate sex is one of the biggest mistakes wives make but call girls are experts in it.
Most husbands are tired of the fact that they are always the initiator and that sets up disequilibrium on the passion scale in the relationship. Generally, husbands desire to be pursued by their wives just as much as the wives too.
Holding onto outdated ideas about sex roles also inhibits satisfaction with our sexual relationships. Outdated ideas give a mirage that women are less interested in sexual activity; that is not true anymore. As a certified sex therapist and a sexologist, I think there are wives who are as interested in sex as men if not more, because I have come in contact with countless of such. So, wives show your interest by taking the first step from time to time.  Your husband will likely appreciate it and you may find a new level of satisfaction in taking responsibility for your sexual experience. Let your husband know that even though his penis is embedded in his body, that it is actually your own tool of sexual satisfaction. You have a right to that penis at any given time and you have the backing of the Federal Government law of Nigeria to that effect since you have been legally joined together as husband and wife. The truth of the matter is, wives must come to term with the fact that there will be alterations in their bodies as they grow old, as they give birth and as they nurse babies, so do not get disturbed by your body changes. Undue dwelling on how you look on bed is a mistake you make that does not so much bother your husband. Thinking about how you look during sex stops you from enjoying yourself and ruins your chances of achieving an orgasm.  Don’t think about the fat on your belly or the makeup on your face; just concentrate on the pleasure of the act.  You must give yourself permission to have an orgasm. Men want their wives to abandon themselves in sex play, and that’s not likely if she is anxious about her physical concerns. It’s amazing many things a sex starved husband doesn’t notice especially when their wives are eager, enthusiastic, energetic and interested in them. It is great when you are flexible minded with various seductive, erotic sexual positions and you are doing all in your power to give them sex that will render them powerless for few hours thereafter. They are actually seeing the sexual intelligence you are displaying rather than your body contours. Scientifically, husbands are temporarily and selectively blinded to any body flaw during sex.   They are much more attracted to women who show signs of healthy sexual life and youthfulness of mindset and fertility.  Rather than worry about the shape of your waist and hips, worry about your sexual updates of positions, style, fantasies, energy level and enthusiasm and interest in him.
Married wives should never think sex is just a casual thing for their husbands, no. It is a thing that binds both of you together; it connects and makes your husband  love you more. Especially when the sexual act is satisfactory to them, they can get to the moon and back for you. Married women should all let go of old-fashioned notions, such as women are not sexual or that sex is just sex to men.  For majority of men, sex is a very important act, so don’t trivialise it at all. As a matter of fact, both men and women find sexual intimacy in the context of a committed relationship to be more satisfying. Numerous research studies make it very clear that the people who have the best quality and most frequent sex are married couples in committed relationship. That says a lot about the inadequacies of “casual sex”. Never assume that a man is not romantic. Two huge mistakes in this culture are that women are not sexual and that men are not as romantic [as women].
Now, there are cases when a wife wonders why her husband is not interested in sex as she is and she immediately concludes he is having an affair. No! This is a gross mistake. The point is that, at the teenage stage of a man’s life, they are ready and willing just about any time you ask, but as they grow old in the relationship and the pressure of responsibilities overweighs them, the tide may change and a paradigm shift may occur.  The pressures of everyday life — family, work, bills — can zap a man’s libido.  This comes as a big surprise to many wives and often this could be wisely handled and not taken personally.
When you hear your husband say he is not in the mood for sex, it is not an indication that they are no longer in love with you. They are just weighed down with responsibilities they may not be able to explain to you either. They know themselves that they are not always interested in sex but they still love their wives. But when a wife discovers her husband doesn’t want to have sex, they think, ‘he doesn’t love me.’  Not true.  He just doesn’t want to have sex and that is the truth of the matter.
Many wives mistakenly think because their husbands like sex, they should be able to figure out what they (the wives) want sexually without guidelines or red light.  What wives like and don’t like can make them feel uncomfortable, even when the marriage has been for a while. But the only  and best way to achieve a satisfying sexual relationship with your husband is to talk during sex. Do not keep quiet; tell him exactly, accurately, specifically and precisely how you feel. Never assume they should know. No, they might not, because we all have different preferences and no two sessions of sex are exactly the same at any time. The truth is, a good wife wanting a good sexual relationship must take responsibility for her sexual encounter. No man can bring any woman to orgasm if she doesn’t take responsibility for her sexual experience.  Even the best lover can’t know what you need without you letting him know. So, the idea of just lying down on the bed like a log of wood expecting him to figure you out will frustrate both of you. Show him, lead him, give him example, make a sound, open your legs wide; point to the location of your clitoris, give him a go-ahead to repeat after you how it should be caressed. Surprisingly, many wives do not know that all men very much want to please their women. But I would plead with wives to watch out how they address their husbands. If you can tell them in a way that doesn’t kill their ego, they will appreciate it.   I would appreciate if you can sandwich what you don’t like in-between five things your husband has done- because he’s not only  listening. he is reading in-between the lines.  You won’t find out until the next time you’re in bed with him.  But I can categorically say that good and sensitive husbands do listen to their wives, particularly if such wives are quite wisely clear, romantic and respectful about it. And if your husband happens to suggest some sexual act that is not within your familiarity zone, please rather than get upset and say no to sex until further notice, do kindly deliberate over such. This is so because when a married couple have been together for a while, it’s natural to want to spice things up with a little variety [the joy of novelty is still winning at all times].  Just because your husband wants to try something new doesn’t mean he’s unhappy with you or he has tasted some call girls outside and they did it better or he is no longer excited with your sex life.  In short, don’t take it personal. However, nobody should ever feel obligated to do something they don’t want to do in the personal and intimate area of sexuality. If your husband asks you about trying something that’s outside of your morals, make it clear that it’s off limits for you and explain why, and if possible, you could compromise and see if it is what you can enjoy as well.  Of course, do this in a loving way as best as you can.  If it is something that is not really a moral issue for you but you still don’t want to, again explain why.  If it is a simple request and you’re initially uneasy about it, try not to overreact.  Instead, let him know you need some time to adjust to such and you are willing to try to. But remember, many marriages would have been the best in terms of sex if many wives are very sensitive to the sexual mistakes and ignorance coming from them. Until next week, I still remain your loyal bedroom instructor

Heritage Bank Limited has upped the ante of its support for entrepreneurship and education in the country by launching a N500 million Young Entrepreneurs and Students (YES) Grant on Tuesday in Lagos.

The initiative, which is in partnership with the Nigerian Youth Professional Forum (NYPF), will, according to the bank, support students and young entrepreneurs toward socio-economic freedom.

The Heritage Bank Managing Director, Ifie Sekibo, in his remarks at the occasion explained that the bank’s support for the programme arises from the fact that the initiative aligns with the vision of the bank which is to help create, preserve and transfer wealth across generations.

The Managing Director, who was represented by Obioma Emenike, Group Head, Market Strategy, added that the bank will also support the project in terms of training the beneficiaries, disbursement of the grant as well as in the monitoring and evaluation of the project’s milestones as agreed with the beneficiaries. “We have been playing strongly in the education and Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SME) sectors of the economy. This project syncs with our mission and vision as a bank. The age bracket of 18 to 40years for the beneficiaries also aligns with our corporate goal, just like the key sectors which include agriculture, ICT and creative industry, identified for the project are pivotal for economic growth” he said.

The NYPF, according to its Chairman, Moses Siasia, is a non-governmental organization conceived by a group of young professionals with the mission to promote innovative ideas for socio-economic development.

Siasia disclosed that the programme is geared toward assisting both aspiring and existing young entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses, and ultimately create jobs and distribute wealth in the economy.
For the students, the grant can be accessed for tuition fees to help low income students and technological research and innovation.  Students in Nigeria can access up to N500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) only; students in the United Kingdom can access up to GBP 3000 (Three Thousand Pounds while Students in the United States can access up to $5,000 (Five Thousand Dollars).

For young entrepreneurs, the grant will be available for the following target sectors: Agriculture, Creative Industry, Information and Communication Technology.  In each category, an entrepreneur with an existing business can access up to N2 million.

Before the latest initiative, Heritage Bank had packaged a N200m loan facility for young graduates willing to advance their dreams in small--scale businesses. It is also collaborating with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in the CBN initiative, Youth Innovation Entrepreneurship Development Programme (YIEDP).

Sekibo also recently re-affirmed the bank’s resolve to empower more Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nigeria, stating that part of the bank’s commitment to empower SMEs is the establishment of an SME Clinic that is geared towards helping small businesses in addressing challenges associated with setting up businesses as well as mitigating the effects of certain business decisions by such entrepreneurs.

GTBank Refunds Customer's N400k Stolen By Fraudster Who Swapped Her Airtel Sim

Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank), a leading financial institution in Africa has once again displayed high commitment to customer's satisfaction by refunding customer whose money was stolen recently by a fraudster.

In January 2016, a young lady by the name Adejoke lost some of her belongings and had her SIM card swapped by an Ibadan-based fraudster, with the help of Airtel, who she alleged harassed her after she went to their office to complain. After the fraudster swapped her sim, she said, her account was wiped clean of the N400k she had saved for her programme in the UK.

The story which was first published on micro blogging social media platform Instagram, got the attention of the bank and Nigerians after it was made public by an instagram news handle @instablog9ja via the url https://www.instagram.com/p/BC_HbpNRr2e/

Just yesterday, March 15th 2016, the young lady wrote to show her greatest appreciation to GTBank for refunding her stolen N400,000 even when Airtel ignored her and made her feel helpless.

In her words, she wrote "Goodevening  to you. I would like to thank you yet again for a Page like yours and for being unbiased about bringing news as it is. God bless you.mI just wanted to update you like i said i would concerning this story. .

Airtel till now did absolutely nothing about my stolen money even though they admitted the Scam of 400k by sim swap came from one of their Mobile Shops, they never replied my letter from the Lawyer even after recieving it, neither did they try to reach out to me after my meeting with them last month.

I am presently in London for my Courses and just want to focus till i am back home to do the needful regarding them.THE GOOD NEWS IN ALL IS GTB MANAGEMENT TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES AND REFUNDED THE MONEY (400k) even though the fault was from Airtel and the explanation was as short as this - "The reversal was done based on the complaint of unauthorized deduction from your account which you reported at our branch"

I got the Alert yesterday. I am still in awe by this act of the Management of GTBANK and all i can say is God bless GTB. As for Airtel, I won't stop till justice is served and Nigerians treated with respect by these multinationals. What if I had no other money to school? Or no support from Family and a platform like yours? I am indeed grateful. Thank you so much for everything.

In its Audited Full Year results for the year ended December 31, 2015, released to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday, the bank recorded a 10% growth in gross earnings, closing at N315 billion and a 25% growth in profit-after-tax to N60 billion; translating to a 20% return on average equity.  Similarly, UBA defied competition and macroeconomic pressures to grow operating income by 10% to a record N205 billion in December 2015; from N186 billion in December 2014.
Following the impressive performance, the board is proposing a final dividend of 40 kobo per share. This brings to 60 kobo the total dividend for the 2015 financial year. UBA had earlier paid an interim dividend of 20 kobo per share, following the audit of its 2015 Half Year Results.

Our improved service delivery and customized offerings helped in growing transaction banking volume, with attendant fee income. Whilst we were exposed to some external cost pressure, we managed to keep our cost growth at 5% (below the average inflation rate of 9% in Nigeria; our core market which represents three-quarter of our operations)”.
He expressed satisfaction at the performance of the bank’s Africa operations, particularly in synergy extraction and pursuit of scale economics to achieve market share and earnings targets. “Precisely, UBA Africa contributed 24% of our Group’s profit before tax in the 2015, despite the impact of cross-currency depreciation in some of our markets. Whilst our cautious stance on lending in Nigeria moderated the loan book, we recorded a collective 14% loan growth in UBA Africa, as we deepen market penetration and our share of customers’ wallet. Our prudence and discipline in risk asset creation over the past half-decade sustained the quality of our loan portfolio; NPL ratio stabilized at 1.7% with full provisions coverage” he stated.

“I WOULD RATHER WALK AWAY FROM A DAY MARRIAGE THAN WASTE MY LIFE” –ASHABI OLORISHA CLEARS AIR

Mother of one, a true believer, strong, motivated, self made and self discipline, ADERONKE AJENISE-ODUBORISA A.K.A ASHABI OLORISHA granted interview few months back but was misinterpreted by a website who speak ill of her person. However, the America base actress clear airs as she speaks on her estrange hubby, son, job and her Christian life. Read her interview below…

Good morning ma
Good morning darling brother

What's your take about the negative publication published on naijaFilms.com?
OMG!, at first, I saw it as scandal from an evil genius turned journalist, though, the guy called me later & started begging begging begging, some evil elements that belong to the same team with the guy wrote their rubbish as comments!
Later, I just came to sense that....ADE, don't you know that this guy has given you more fame bcos what DADDI-GOD told me was "my enemies will come in thousands & fall in billions."
Many globally recognized celebrities have gone through worst than that.
You were the one that interviewed me then & there was no discussion of husband or whatsoever, then how on earth would this guy twist the interview?
Let’s just forget about that bcos the man that owns the world is GLORIOUSLY involved in my life.

Will you like to clear the air about your son's father? What went wrong?
Oh yes! What do you want to know about him?

Everything?
My son's dad is Sunday Olumuyiwa Adeyemi. He was in the world before, He ABANDONED me & my son then, he later came apologized. He even told me in 2009 that he went to Jerusalem to pray for forgiveness (I can give you his numbers to call him & clarify). He is now a great minister of GOD & I have ever since forgiven him bcos "Forgiveness is divine".
We are now good friends & confidants for the sake of that "GLORIOUSLY SON" of ours!
I was even the one that begged his son to forgive him (when you call him, you can ask him all this, he will not lie), I told my son, you have to "Let go & Let GOD", he is your dad no matter what, if I die before him & you are not in good times with him, that means you will be living without "A father& mother" whereas your dad is alive.
I don't encourage women that blocked their "ex" from seeing the kids between them or talk evil about their "ex" in the presence of d kids.
We cannot cut off the father from the child except the woman knows in her mind that the child or children is not fully his.
Most men are the most living evil on earth but, can we do without them?
I relate with my son's dad like brother & sister now & his son loves him dearly & greatly now which makes me "A fulfilled & glorious mum". GOD has been so wonderful in my life.

In what way as the negative publication affect you?

It wanted to affect me negatively but GOD in his GLORIOUS doing instantly turned it to "GLORIOUS BLESSINGS & CONNECTIONS".
Most women in this part of the world don't believe in talking or having anything to do with their ex, what motivated you ma?
Oh yes, if you look at what most of us women went through in hands of this evil genius men, one will not even want to come across anybody with their looks or name but can we fight the battle ourselves?
The kids will still carry their father's name not our name, ok let me tell an instance....
My nephew's mum changed his name, blocked my brother from seeing the guy for 25yrs, now the guy relate with his dad GLORIOUSLY well, now, who lose?( we will not lose on our kids IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME. AMEN).
My advice to single mums is just to let go & let God for the sake of those kids because one day one day, they will look for their dads themselves.

You celebrated your 52nd birthday recently, believing me, you look 35, what's the secret?
The secret is "THE GLORIOUS GLORY OF MOST HIGH-GOD
The SECRET OF MY BEAUTY IS "GOD, JESUS CHRIST & MY SON"
Uhunnn! I believe you because anyone with God has it all.

Any new project from Ashabi Olorisha?
Oh yes! But coded for now!

Alright, but little tips from the iceberg will go a long way.
It is a very big project involving "Canada, U.S, England & Africa"

Wow! Then, we should say, it's a multi-million naira/dollar project
Yes but sponsored!

Good. Ma, what's your take about domestic violence in this part of the world?
Devil’s work at his best because we are in the "End Time" as the bible said "Strange things will happen, wife against husband, father against son, husband against wife, country against country" but, as for me Aderonke Adedola Abosede, I will walk out of it.

Any serious relationship?
YES! With GOD

In the next few years, where do you see yourself?
Where GOD want me to be!
Which of the movie guild do you belong and what has been their activities/impact in the US?
No movie guild in U.S, we only have Theatre-Arts professionals association like TAMPPAN. U.S is very big, each state just do its own thing according to the law of the state

What about piracy, is there any in the USA?
Yes now, piracy is everywhere but it been very well managed and control here.

Is there any intention or plan of getting married again?
I will not speak for GOD bcos "MY LIFE is in his hand"

Increase in dollar, what's your take?
Is the importers in Nigeria that are making life unbearable for the masses but some enemies of progress in that country put the blame on the Federal Gov't, the federal govt want us to manufacture our goods locally, use our natural resources as we are greatly blessed but importers are not helping.

All is well ma... nice chatting with you.
Thank U & have a great weekend
You too madam.
